Domantas m’a énormément aidé à résoudre un problème lié à l’affichage des variantes sur ma page produit. Il a été très réactif, rapide et surtout très efficace dans la résolution du souci. Grâce à lui, tout fonctionne parfaitement maintenant.
De plus, j’aime beaucoup l’application : elle est très complète, intuitive et apporte une vraie valeur à ma boutique. Je recommande vivement !
Kaching Bundles has been incredibly easy to install and get started with. We have barely scratched the surface with all of the features the app includes, but we have already seen positive improvements to our AOV. The support team are truly excellent and are always only a few minutes away whenever we need them (Thanks Eligijus & Domantas!). Keep up the great work guys!

Sehr gute Übersicht und sehr guter Support. Fehlen vielleicht ein, zwei Funktionen aber sonst top. Vor allem der Support immer erreichbar und sehr schnell. Ich hatte Dominykas und Dovydas als Hilfe, sehr schnell und nett
customer service response times went from 10 mins to now minimum 30 and ive been waiting 3 hours for a response, idk whats wrong. Not an isolated case, this has happened on back to back days withdifferent chats different agents etc. where I have had to wait hours for a response, I think they laid off some people and as a result the cs is getting horrible, please fix this kaching team!
Hi, thank you for flagging this and we're really sorry about the wait times you've experienced. To be clear: there have been no layoffs on our support team. What you're describing isn't the standard we hold ourselves to, and we want to make it right.
We've recently had a higher-than-usual volume of incoming chats, and we're actively expanding the team and adjusting coverage to bring response times back to where they should be.
