Kaching Bundles App & Upsells

The team is fantastic and very helpful whenever there are any issues (which rarely there are) however, the one thing that can get frustrating is the app can conflict with other apps from time to time only when they push an update. I wish we were better notified in advance when these updates go live so that we can monitor our store.

The only way I seem to catch them is when the sales/orders seem off but like I said the support is arguably one of the best and is quick to help and find solutions.

app is great and I see features that is really helpfull like adding another product from the same package.
still there is a room for improvement with integrations with shopify, pagefly, and kaching cart. other than that - great for creating and designing bundle offers.

For the moment i'm an happy customer, the app is doing what i want, and the helpdesk answers fast. Txs to Domantas for his help !

The app is just lacking some personalization and designs templates, buttons, etc. to my taste but all the settings are really clear and well thought, written, so i would like to put 4,5stars if i could !

Great app, is missing the feature to exclude wholesale customer by default. But we were able to make some codes changes together with the Kaching team to still make it work. A bit hackey but it works :)

Looking forward to when they actually make it a feature to display bundles to certain customers.

Great bundle app and excellent support! The setup is very easy to use and works perfectly for my Shopify store. Ryan from the support team was extremely helpful and quick to assist me. bundles and fixing a few issues.

Everything is running smoothly now and the bundle feature looks great on my product page. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to increase sales with bundle offers.

Simona helped me out with a stacking discount question. She was super helpful and professional. In regards to the the app, one thing that is frustrating is not being able to turn off the shipping discount to our wholesale clients with another app we use for wholesale orders.

The Kaching app works very well; we're very satisfied, especially with the bundles. And if something ever doesn't work, you can contact support. They respond very quickly and help you solve the problem right away. I received excellent support from Eligijus.

The app is not perfectly compatible with our theme which we purchased from Shopify. But the support helps a lot. They respond within 1 hour and help us resolve the CSS coding bugs.
