Kaching Bundles & Upsells

Customer support is not giving their all to solve my issue with their bundles not showing up as they should for specific markets. They just redirect me to Shopify support without providig clear instructions to Shopify what the issue with their app might could be. A bit disappointed tbh

L'application en soit est plutôt bien mais Par contre ils m'ont piégé avec leur facturations a l'année, sachant que la boutique je les crée juste pour l'été je me retrouve payer 119€ alors que j'aurais du payer juste 2 mois 14,99€ très déçus sachant que j'ai changer le mode de prélèvements a mensuel mais il ne l'ont pas pris en compte je suis dégouter je recommande pas du tout vous pouvez chercher d'autre alternatif des applications plus honnêtes et impossible de joindre le support

App is good but way too expensive. We are paying 60/month usd just for having a volume discount. We are looking for other options

Kaching is a nice looking app but its too expensive to use. Theres other apps that are much cheaper doing the same thing
