Kaching Bundles App & Upsells

I installed two apps from them and only talking to one customer support specifically Dovydas, He was able to solve my automatic free gifts issues where I didn't want the UI to show up. And now it works super seamlessly with both the Katching bundles app and also the Katching cart app. There was also an issue that we had with Vitals app integration specifically the sticky add to cart button from vitals where it did not trigger any Katching bundles Free gift that we set up and he was able to solve it. Top tier customer support

This is the third app we use from Kaching developer and again it worked like a charm after the installation. It does exactly what is needed for our shop and supports wonderfully multilanguage. It even worked perfectly with other apps that changes the "Checkout" button. And last butnot least Sebastian from their support team was quick in solving a minor glitch with product label not displaying correctly. Their support has always been very responsive and precise and that is really appreciated. Highly reccomended.

So far, our experience with the Kaching Bundles & Subscriptions app has been excellent. The app is very easy to implement and requires no code changes, which makes the setup process seamless.

repeated issues with discounts not being applied on my site, the first time i reported it i got fed up chasing them, then it was quietly forgotten about. Then a couple of months later i started getting angry emails and phone calls due to discounts not being applied. Same again i keep chasing but keep getting fobbed off by them. Another angry email today from one of our long term customers trying to place an order that should be £600 but due to kachings lack of interest in fixing the issues, the system is trying to charge my customer over £3000.
Their lack of interest is unbelievable, time to find an alternative solution!

I always used this app on my stores to increase revenue and to do create different offers and I always pleased with the overall quality and support team. Lukas specifically helped me implement custom code to solve an issue the app had with my theme, and he done very quickly and just like I wanted to. Great app, highly-recommend

The app is nice and it's well done, nothing to say on how it works, but my 2 stars is because i think the app is quite expensive and also because i didn't increase AOV with this APP. So, i think their pricing plan should be based on the real AOV they bring to the store instead of make pay on what ?
They developed to increase AOV, so let us pay for that if it does, because for sure in some cases it does the job, but in my case it didn't.

Es gab ein Problem mit der Darstellung des Grundpreises. Hab dem Support geschrieben und die erste Antwort kam innerhalb weniger Minuten. Bis das Problem behoben, bzw. erkannt wurde, vergingen zwar ein paar Tage, aber jetzt funktioniert es. Zwischenzeitlich habe ich immer mal wieder nachgefragt und auch dann bekam ich sofort eine Antwort. Letztendlich hat mir das Team (im Speziellen Lukas) richtig gut geholfen.

Für alle anderen, die auch ggf. ein Problem mit der Grundpreisangabe haben, folgender Tipp:

Wenn der Grundpreis bei Mengenbundles nicht angezeigt wird, kann es daran liegen, dass die Produkt via API zu Shopify importiert wurden. Shopify zeigt den GP dann zwar direkt beim Preis an, jedoch nicht bei den Mengen-Bundles. Damit es doch funktioniert, musst du einmal direkt auf die Variante gehen, den Grundpreis etwas abändern, speichern und dann wieder zurück ändern. Danach wird der Grundpreis korrekt angezeigt.

Er was een functie die ik vond ontbreken. Het handmatig kunnen uitsluiten van markten zodat ik niet veel handmatig werk moest verichten door voor elke markt een apparte bundel aan te maken. blijkbaar waren ze al bezig met de functie en hoefde ze de functie alleen nog in te schakelen voor mijn account. het was direct geregeld binnen 5 minuten waardoor ik nu uren bespaar elke maand. grote dank aan Eligijus die mij heeft geholpen.
