Great app with excellent customer service, I had a lengthy conversation with Dovydas and he helped me every step of the way even though I was clearly frustrated with the situation. I knew it wasn't his fault; it was something on shopify's end and I greatly appreciate the very clear communication and helpful walk through of how to solve my problem. Very nice guy he made me want to stick with Kaching.

Excellent app and even better support! I had an issue where selecting a variant in the bundle widget didn't update the main product media gallery. I reached out to support and Juozas jumped in immediately. Within 30 minutes he accessed my store, identified the issue, and fixed it — the variant images now switch perfectly when customers select different options in the bundle.

The bundle functionality itself is great — clean layout, flexible pricing options, and works smoothly with our German store setup. Highly recommend Kaching Bundles, and a special thanks to Juozas for the fast and professional support!

Super application, très pratique et efficace pour créer des offres bundle.
J’ai eu besoin d’aide pour paramétrer certaines choses, et le SAV a été très réactif, clair et efficace. Un grand merci à Deividas, qui nous a très bien accompagnés et a rapidement répondu à nos questions.

Edit: For the last couple of days I started seeing some issues, where I had orders with bundle ID, but free gift was not added to the order, I thought just a bug. But now I had some messages from customers that the gift shown on the product page was shown with the full price. I did some testing myself and noticed weird inconsistencies with language selector - pick EN doesnt show the bundle, pick NL shows the bundle, pick EN again - doesnt show the bundle, pick NL again - doesnt show the bundle....Reached out to customer support, but it was giving me articles how to fix sold out issue, even though my products are not sold out.

The costumer support on Kaching Bundles is the best ive had so far, and the app is what made my conversion rate skyrocket.

One of the agents (Pijus) literally logged in too my shopify just too help me fix the problem.

The customer service rep Domantas was so helpful. I messaged them on Sunday and they came through helping me build my perfect bundle set up. I also really like how they have the option to schedule the bundles so that I can turn one off right when the next one is published.
