We are a MICRO brand. When we migrated from another platform to Shopify - for the sake of convenience - we installed MANY 'apps'. Looking back, we came to realize the huge spend we were incurring monthly/annually, and did an intense evaluation of every app we had installed. Of all the $$$ sucking apps, only ONE showed to actually be paying for itself... Kaching Bundles. I can not begin to express the amount of intense scrutiny we put into this re-evaluation, but this app (the ONLY one) shined through. I'm glad to say... no matter how small you are - this app is truly worth it!
We had an issue where a free gift was occasionally missing from orders.
Paul from support tested our setup, found the actual cause (customers
could deselect the bundle by double-clicking) and enabled a fix the same
day. Fast, thorough and honest about what the app can and cannot do.
