I've only just installed this app and their support is SECOND TO NONE. They have helped me customise the entire build box to match my theme & the end result is exactly what I wanted.

So far, so great! Just added a few days ago but looks great and seems to work well. Responsive and helpful support too.

I'm not going to lie, I haven't used the app completely in a live environment yet. But I've been doing a lot of custom coding around the app and the support has been excellent.

They even take the reigns on some of the coding just to ensure it gets done proper.
