Good so far! It's not good how we have to write a review when we have only just created the first bundle though... but seems to be working great so far.

Theoretically the app itself seems to be great but the lack of support and the absolute lack of comprehension and action regarding the functionality problems is starting to impact my business.

I have had the dysfunctional integration of this app, visible on my site for the past 5 days. Once it became crystal clear the tech working on my case could not speak or understand English I have repeatedly asked, day on day to have this app removed and terminated instead of trying to have the functionality resolved as the problems simply weren't comprehended, the reply..... radio silence.

I HATE leaving terrible reviews as owning a brand myself I understand how hard it can be to get it right all the time but the ongoing bungling of this case is absolutely ridiculous and is impacting our trading and we also don't want our site to become a broken app junk yard or have to pay an independent tech to remove this app!

The function this app allegedly offers is important for selling online apparel and should be offered by shopify and not just available via these 3rd party developers.

If our experience is anything to go by I'm extremely confused as to how this app is actually ranking so high.

1 - the app only bundles selectively
2- if your customer bundles then adds an extra item to the cart the discount is removed from the bundle
3- if you then remove the single item the discount is nor re-added back to the bundle.
4- don't even start on the mobile functionality, there were so many problems there I didn't know where to start.

Every time a tech did something to fix these problems the standard response was : "its working perfectly please change your review to 5 stars , here is the link"

Look in to this with caution.

After I asked them numerous times to remove this app they final did but have repeatedly asked me to change my rating and review, (?!?!?!) which I will not be doing.

Hopefully the reality of this app and customer service ( as covered here ) will help some other businesses make more informed decisions.

This app is very good on its own, very easy to understand and configure.

Their support team is what makes this app great! fast repsonse and great service!

The app works fine. It is not complicated to use it and the support helped us to adjust stylings of text sizes and some other things to our complete satisfaction. Thanks to Jigs and the team to solve everything within one hour. Besides that we liked a lot that font and button styles from our running system were automatically used. But you can also switch some color codes and add a translation (one) to the app texts. In the cart view some "not good looking" codes are added when a bundle was selected, the time was able to hide these codes in short time. But it would be very good, if store ownser could edit the text / code showing up by themselves, maybe it can be added in a update by time.

Not worth the trouble. I had it set up ready for launch and majority of my clients (48 out 50) didn't get the pop up. Reached out and they asked me for proof of it not being there. I guess the data saying only two people used it? send screen film of it. Then told it wasnt enabled although it clearly was. Using a larger app for less headache.

Thank you! Kind of confusing but it contains functions I needed. If they added a free gift function such as " if buy more than $100, get free free gift, that would be super.

Great support from the customer support team! They helped me setup up the app so it looks perfect on my product page and checkout.
