The app works fine. It is not complicated to use it and the support helped us to adjust stylings of text sizes and some other things to our complete satisfaction. Thanks to Jigs and the team to solve everything within one hour. Besides that we liked a lot that font and button styles from our running system were automatically used. But you can also switch some color codes and add a translation (one) to the app texts. In the cart view some "not good looking" codes are added when a bundle was selected, the time was able to hide these codes in short time. But it would be very good, if store ownser could edit the text / code showing up by themselves, maybe it can be added in a update by time.

I tried few Bundle apps because I was looking for something quite specific - a bundle that looks like one product. Many apps were not able to offer that. Rebolt Bundle Upsell app offered several different types of bundles and their user interface is truly user friendly and intuitive. The support team is working 24/7. Can't ask for more!

This app is so easy to use and looks just like it's part of the shopify website. I tried many other apps before this one and they were all too hard to figure out myself. This one I can easily do myself. I have had the most amazing support from Jig. He answers me so quickly and has spent the past week always customising the app to suit my needs. I am so thankful for their help and I am so glad I found this app.

After testing different bundle builders, and being disappointed with the results, we came across Bundle Products Upsell, and setup was so incredibly easy! It met all our needs and didn't create any issues, so we were incredibly pleased with their core functionality. Then, we needed to implement the bundle on various pages, I was informed that its not currently a feature. But the following day, I received a follow up email saying the team made that feature possible! The following day! Incredible! Within three days (if that!) they made a whole new feature that wasn't currently available, and I was very impressed about that. Super easy to use, and incredible - INCREDIBLE - team behind the app. Even if the timezone difference isn't great, which can't be helped, if your query is in working hours, they're sure to respond very quickly! We were looking for an app that would help us launch bundles on site while giving customers to option to pick their own shade. Through this app, we were able to achieve exactly what we wanted. On top of that, the customer service has been incredible at helping us out with any questions we had during the set-up. I strongly recommend it!

I run theveganlifeshop.com and I added the Bundle Products app to help me create a few specific product bundles. I created them easily. There was an issue with the combo bundle and their instructions to hide the default add to cart button on my theme, so I reached out to the tech team for support and they responded to each of my questions within 24 hrs. I don't have a lot of confidence in editing code, so I asked if they could make the changes for me, and they did so quickly! Very professional and courteous assistance! I do wish the app would allow you to do a bundle and then include the bundle with a frequently bought together package (they told me that's not possible at this point). And I wish the app had a little bit more direction as to the different type of bundles and what the end product would look like. I had to play around with it a bit until I really found the right kind of bundle I was envisioning. A little more up front description would be helpful! But overall, I'm happy with the bundle app so far.

Easy to setup and does exactly what we need. I haven't found another app that does what their 'combo bundle' does. The app widget integrated really well onto our product pages and we were able to customize it to match our brand's aesthetic. They also helped with installing it onto our cart page when I needed it. They were quick and knew exactly how to do what we wanted.

Without question a must-have app. Instantly increased revenue. Literally within 15 minutes of having it set up properly the first bundle deal was purchased. But most importantly the customer service is top-notch. The live chat has different working hours though, as I believe the team is located in another country. So before you wonder why you aren't getting an immediate reply from customer support, they need to sleep too okay! But seriously, when you are live chatting with customer support, they are the best. They have resolved every issue I had. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Great term and great product!

Jig is super helpful, has a fast response and tries his best to customize the app for my needs! The app does what I need and hoping some features can be added. There is a feature request form for feature updates (which is great). I posted in the future updates request hopefully the features can be accessible soon
