The customer service is very very very good. They are always ready to help and to solve problems. All with a lot of kindness and a lot of interest in the work.

Amazing App, its a life saver, and the customer support deserves some type of Shopify Award, they have been incredibly helpful with all our questions and requests, we are in love with this app!

excellent app. excellent support. i think is the best bundle app in the whole shopify ecosystem. is one of the few apps that allow you to mix and match collections!

Excellent App, nice design, excellent scope, it works just fine on Impulse theme.
The technical support was excellent
The only problem is that on Bundles by Product, it is not compatible with some other cart apps

The support team is quick to respond and clearly knows the product inside out. The app offers a lot of flexibility and makes it easy to build and adjust bundle logic without limitations. A solid, well-designed solution that’s easy to work with day to day.

Zia was fantastic to work with. Super responsive, clear, and patient throughout the entire process. He quickly identified that the AI-powered bundles were causing the issue, explained why it was happening, and walked me through the exact steps to fix it.

He also gave a great recommendation on setting up tiered discounts using a variety pack bundle so I could offer 10% off for two items and 15% off for three items, which was exactly what I needed. Clear explanations, no confusion, and very solution-oriented support.

We have been using it for a few years now. Bundle promos are much more complicated than you realise and often constrained by Shopify rules. MBC are a fantastic team, super responsive and supportive and first out of the traps when new Shopify functionality is released.

This app has been a game changer for increasing our average order value. Customers use it easily and intuitively, which makes adding more to their cart effortless. It’s smooth, reliable, and does exactly what it promises which is helping us boost revenue without adding friction to the buying process.

I’ve been using MBC Bundles for quite some time. Unfortunately, due to a conflict between the app and my theme, it recently became almost unusable from a customer’s perspective. After some back and forth, the very helpful and fast support team quickly identified and solved the issue (which turned out to be quite a simple fix).
