Their support button says "guaranteed replies within 12 hours" - this is absolutely a lie. The app is glitchy and doesn't work well. We go live in 3 days and they won't respond to my requests for help with the app. Will be uninstalling and getting something else as soon as possible.
This application is a real masterclass, with as many features as paid apps, I highly recommend it. This application has helped me enormously in the creation of my store, and I'm very grateful for it. In addition to having an incredible service, this application also has an exceptional support team that can answer any request very quickly. Many thanks !!!
