Could be a little easier to edit bundles, and I wish that they counted to the sales on shopify, but they don't, so it messes up when I have to re-order products.

Regarding the sales data: our current bundle configurations are designed to sync accurately with Shopify’s inventory and reporting to ensure your re-ordering stays seamless.

As such, it appear that you might be using a legacy bundle type hasn't been fully integrated into the Theme.

We’d love to help you get that updated and to dive deeper into your specific workflow to see how we can improve this!

The printed packing slip is loaded with code that is not just messy but confusing to our staff for fulfilment. a Bundle is 1 product not a whole bunch of individual products. I submitted a ticket but was informed this is how it is. Not very efficient for fulfillment

We want to clarify that Kitenzo is designed to be flexible; so you can configure your bundles to display as individual products, rather than a single product!

While it sounds like there may have been some confusion on how to achieve this, we would love the opportunity to help you adjust these settings and to streamline your Bundle fulfilment process!

I was having issues with how the app was incorporated into our website. Natalie and her team went above and beyond and fixed the entire set up. Now my bundles are integrated with our inventory!

I've been using Kitenzo for about 3 to 4 years now, and I'm really pleased with the functionality of their app. The team is super responsive and always willing to help if any issues come up or if I have questions. They keep things well integrated with Shopify updates, and overall, it's definitely worth checking out. I've tried many different bundle apps, and for the price and functionality, Kitenzo stands out as one of the best!

Very easy to use, great functionality, and excellent support. Don't have to be a developer to set up and customize bundles. Plenty of versatility to make bundles that the customer can customize, or preset bundles that are "add to cart" ready. Support does a great job whenever needed (Thanks, Dale). Highly recommend!

App does the job. It's the only app that I found that could pull off what I we needed. The support team is excellent as well, and has helped us through some minor problems. Even though we've had a few hiccups I still continue to use this app because I know support is ready to jump in and help no questions asked; great team!

We found this app very useful at first, but as of late our customers have been unable to add any bundles to their cart. Support hasn't been especially helpful, especially since they answer once a day, and even if you give them a detailed description of the problem, they don't seem to have a huge interest in resolving it unfortunately, the best we got was 'well it works on my end'.

We used them for probably a year or so with no problems, but due to bugs we will be heading elsewhere.

On a broad scale, our support team is available Monday to Friday 9-5 GMT. We understand this doesn't suit everyone who uses the app, but we are based out of the UK. I can see the last ticket with us was around two months ago. We are going to investigate this and reach out to you with possible ways to resolve the issues you are having.
