Kitenzo ‑ Full Page Bundles

Kitenzo is a brilliant app, with great customer service, Denis and Dale have been super helpful assisting with any concerns I have or changes I wanted to make.

So far the apps to the job and create more sales for us. The support team are great and responsive to our issues too :)

Amazing app that has been a core function of our website!

I like using this app to help make product bundles to sell items that would otherwise not sell by themselves. They're a few glitches with how the app interacts with Shopify that could be fixed. Ex: fixing up the sale prices int he bundle app doesn't automatically translate to Shopify products/inventory. Also, whenever I make any changes in the actually bundle, I have to keep it in mind to go to ...

Really nice app and great customer service. The app itself needs a bit more fine tuning so the products on the bundle page can show more detail and can match the look of the overall website better etc. But overall working well for us as a custom hamper option.

UPDATE: James at Bundle Builder has been in touch with us daily and has fixed our problem. The app is now correctly pulling from individual products. Very happy with how responsive he and his team have been at getting this fixed. My advice would be to give yourself an extra day or two to run tests before implementing in the live environment. ******************************

Updated. The company worked hard to resolve the issues, but it still took a good amount of time and caused some major losses. Bundle Builder is pretty good! It's the only app that I found that could really pull off what I was looking for. The support team is excellent as well, and has helped me through some small problems. I'm very excited to launch my bundles soon!

It feels intuitive to a degree, but I wish there was a video, or a way that someone could walk me through the set up process. I have emailed them a bunch of times and have only received ok support. They did help me install the multiple SKU option into my store free of charge which was SUPER HELPFUL. But overall I feel a bit frustrated with how it builds.
