Incredible customer service and a great app, would absolutely recommend for those that are wanting to sell items as a set rather than individually, this does the trick!

Amazing app - I tried a couple before landing on Bundle Builder and this app is infinitely better than all the others. They make it super easy and their customer support is great - I emailed them with questions and feedback and got an answer within the hour. Love them!

We've tried over and over again to use this app but it is very glitchy and does not work properly! We've lost a lot of sales using this app and support cannot fix the glitches either. Do not recommend.
Sorry to hear you ran into problems using our app. I can see you had issues integrating our app into your theme, but have since uninstalled. We can 100% jump in and sort out any issues you may be experiencing, so if you re-install, just pop us an email and we'll take a look right away.
The app is actually very good to let you offer a "Build a box" product in your store. We've had issues with the developer making updates without telling the customers and breaking things in the process. Support answers tickets within 24 hours, but only once a day... so good luck fixing issues with them. They will try to assign blame to other apps when you reach out to them. If you pressure them enough, they might get a senior developer on the case to actually fix your issue (that they caused in the first place). Great app, still on the fence about the support and reliability. Hopefully, I'll update my review to a 5 stars in the next few months, I really hope so.

Appalling support. I have had no products displayed on my website for 8 days now. Reported the issue 5 days ago and still nothing has been done. I am loosing a fortune and probably a lot of customers. NOT AT ALL HAPPY !!!!

We LOVED Bundle Builder and it worked great, until we wanted to add subscription services to our site. We set up Recharge for our subscriptions, and now Bundle Builder does not work. It dumps our customer's bundles right at checkout, leading to so much frustration. We are now tasked with finding a new bundle app that can work with Recharge.

Bundle Builder is compatible with most apps & Shopify features, provided that they do not use the draft order functionality - this is because only one app can use this feature at a time, which is unfortunately a Shopify platform limitation that's outside of the app's control. Updated. The company worked hard to resolve the issues, but it still took a good amount of time and caused some major losses. I appreciated their responsiveness, Our website has been down for 3 days, as our entire system is built off of bundle builder. They pushed a major update without notifying anyone, and now the app hits an error message and can no longer be installed. Communication has been terrible and there have been no updates.
