Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review! I am sorry you were affected by downtime - it's very unusual, and definitely not a regular occurrence! However, I'm very happy to say that we've recently made some changes to the back end of the app, which should mean that downtime is a thing of the past. We tested a couple of different bundle apps and this is by far the best. Pretty easy to set up... customer support (Adam) is phenomenal. He's been very helpful to get us up and going. I highly recommend this app if you're looking to add a bundle app to your store!

Really excellent so far - when we came across and issue that was stopping us from really using this to its full potential, James came through for us with a fix where two other "shopify experts" had failed. We're confident this is going to significantly improve our CLV, and I'll update this review when it does! Really recommended - and we have a complex logistics set up on top of everything!

Great so far. Only two issues are:
1. The inability to add discounts to bundles
2. The inability to create subscriptions from bundles.

Whilst discount codes can't be applied to Multi SKU Bundle types, they can be applied to Single SKU Bundles. There are also alternative ways to offer customers both flat and tiered discounts with Multi SKU Bundle types, such as a percentage discount, fixed discount, or fixed price. Unfortunately at this time, subscriptions isn't a feature supported by Bundle Builder.

Great App. Saves us a TON of time as opposed to having to put bundles together manually, plus... give customers more options when selecting the bundles they want to purchase. They even have responsive tech support!

A main aspect of our business model is offering multiple wedding services within one product -- a bundle. Using Bundle Builder has saved us an immense amount of time and manual effort. We also like that we were able to code our our own template to make it look more inline with our theme. Plus, their support has also been immensely helpful when we have an issue that arises.
