I am very disappointed in the support. Recently an update was made to the app which removed one of the reports that my company relied on heavily. It’s been two weeks now since I’ve reached out to them on my own and about a week since the soft handoff with Shopify. I’ve received no response and Shopify support was also very useless in this matter. I’ll be finding alternative options for my stores moving forward.

We can confirm that we have sent out multiple emails with updates for your issue, that haven't got through to you - we're currently working with Shopify to understand why this has happened, but a member of our Support team has also reached out from another email address following this, to try and assist. In the meantime, we have just added this feature that has been requested back into the app, and should now be live. Please let us know if there is anything else that we can help with!
I used this app to sell bundles across collections and it was excellent! The support team is also 5* and gets back to you very quickly if you need their help.

Really the best Bundle app! Easy to set up, easy to use even if you change you theme. The only thing is that there is not 1 line per product when bundle is purchase. But I will live with this as this app is really awesome. Check it at www.runit365.com
The app was buggy in general, however I could live with that.
The key issue was the the front end product (bundle) looked entirely different to a standard product UI. This obviously is off putting to the customer and isn't consistent with the rest of our site.
There is a feature to add in a custom template to address this problem, however, this would require you own time or another developers time to create.
So the app is, by its very nature, an incomplete product.
In terms of stock keeping and tracking, it works as it should. The front end look and feel needs a lot more work.

Straight forward and easy to set-up. The onboarding process was easy, and minor changes were handled quickly and seamlessly by the developers. The bundle creation isn't immediate as the app creates an unique product for the set-up I chose, but it isn't unreasonable.

UPDATE: After a couple of months of using this app, I am updating this review. We had success with reinstalling the app. Building the app to suit our company's needs has had its share of difficulties and has taken quite a bit of time to build, but it is a good app. The support team doesn't often understand our questions, but we are getting there. We have had a hard time with this app. We made a mistake using the dummy at first and have been trying to fix our mistake. Customer support has been slow to respond and just keeps telling us they have fixed the issue, but failed to actually fix anything while also failing to answer our questions. We are going to give the app another shot by deleting and restarting in hopes that our mistake is what caused all the issues. I will update this review if we have a more positive experience the second time around.
Sorry to hear you've run into problems. From your support ticket, it looks like there were issues with the installation that were fixed by the uninstallation and reinstallation of Bundle Builder. I want to say that they have stellar support. They get back to you fast with a unique solution.
I am trying to create a unique way to do bundles based on the products I have. They have been proactive and brainstormed to try and come up with solutions.
I have tried many different bundle products and some companies never responded and or took a week to get back to me.
One thing I look for is support and they have hit it out of the park even though I could not use their app for what I am trying to do.
It is worthwhile for you to try their app out.

I used this app a year ago... not so good. I just tried it again and it is perfect! Was able to customize everything to my liking on my store and had my bundle builder set up in just a couple of hours. Great App

This doesn't work on Safari or Firefox... just letting y'all know. Specifically, if you press one of the quantity buttons, it causes the whole page to reload and you lose any bundle built. Support stopped responding to us. It's almost like they've just given up on the app and their customers.

Bundle Builder is a great app. It allowed doing exactly what we were looking to accomplish and we're excited to customize it further. Also, the support team is pretty great!
Hey Stephen. We've not had any reports of issues with Firefox or Safari, and can't see any (recent) emails from you in our inbox. I'll reach out right away with the email we have for you, and see if we can get some information to look into the problems you're facing. Can assure you we haven't given up - we're here, happy to help and actively working on making the app as feature-full as possible!
On the positive side this app has an excellent business workflow and business value compared to other bundle builder apps. On the negative side, the support side when there is an issue is below acceptable levels. As a business owner you risk loosing customers due to the slowness of support from these guys. No one wants to see an app malfunction for a full week without getting attended to. In our case we were lucky because our store is still not live and the wait was not detrimental in this case. If these guys get their SLAs up I think we would come back to do business again. For now I do not think we can risk our business at the expense of poor tech support. Please get your game up guys and you will win my vote.
