I don't know where to start. 100/10 customer service. For me, that is the most important thing. The Software is easy to use and the customizations are endless.

This app let us duplicate a feature we had in our legacy system. It is flexible to both $ or % and allows different presentations on POS and online store. Support was excellent in getting the app to perform for all our demands. Highly recommend as a way to sell groups of items for one price.

From our records, it appears that you had the app installed for less than 30 minutes and didn't reach out to our customer support team for assistance. You requested the charge cancellation only after uninstalling the app.

Honestly, I love the app so much. Very easy to use. I just think the loading time should be faster. It's a bit slow to load sometimes even with my swift network service. Every other thing is fine.

My web designer and I chose Bundler because it's intergrated with Gempages. It was tricky to understand at first, but the video tutorials and FAQ section are helpful should you need it.
If you can't find a solution through those options, the Bundler team are super helpful. I had a couple of queries in regards to the discounts not showing in the cart and the product images shown as blurry on the website. I had Josh assisting me and he was very helpful and friendly in making sure those matters were completed.
