Uninstalled the app and was charged AFTER uninstalling and asking for data be deleted
Hi, We would love to issue a refund and we sent you an email about this to your email address, but it seems that your email provider is rejecting the message.
Can you please get back to us about this on support@bundler.app so we can issue the refund?

Tried the free version, was hard to work with and designed to get you to the upgrade. Bottom line, if the free version isn't easy to work with why would I buy the upgrade. In my opinion that's not the way to sell your products!
If you can't even add a short code in free plan what's the point of using this app!!!!!!!!

By default, our Bundler app displays bundle widgets on your product pages automatically on all plans (even free plan), regardless if you add a shortcode in there or not. The shortcodes are meant mostly for displaying bundles on other specific pages in your shop or on pages outside of Shopify.
Having said that, we believe that there was a bit of misunderstanding in what the app can do, so our team sent you an email to your address. We will appreciate if you can get back to us so we can help you out :)

By far one of the worst apps I have had to use on Shopify. Support is unresponsive and can't help. The bundles messed up all my sales funnel. You need to pay extra for every little feature.
I had to use this app so that discounts work with my subscription app and it wouldn't work properly anyways.
A terrible experience. I don't recommend at all.

Impossible to set the app easily, very bad interface and it's impossible to contact the app chat support. Very bad experience
Hi, We have checked our email conversation and can see that you contacted us on 9th of December and we replied to your email in 3 minutes after you sent the email :)
But we never received a response from you, so we suspect that the email didn't reach your inbox.
We have also sent you a follow up email now to your Gmail address. Can you please check your inbox and your spam folder and get back to us so we can resolve this for you?

Very frustrating. It started charging me a monthly fee when I wasn't even using it.
I started a free trial and months later found out I was paying.

Really bad app

We have been trying to reach you via email and phone but haven't been able to connect. Could you please get back to us so we can help resolve your issue?
From our records, it appears that you had the app installed for less than 30 minutes and didn't reach out to our customer support team for assistance. You requested the charge cancellation only after uninstalling the app.
It seems there was a misunderstanding about the upgrade. Please rest assured that you will not be charged, as you were still under the free trial period.
