Works good, sometimes when you want to allow your customers to use multiple discount codes, only BUNDLE is shown. So you don't know if it was a mistake or which other discount code has been used. 5* if this issue will be fixed one day.
Terrible and rude support. We have another app that we've had installed for years that recently updated, and Bundle Bear no longer works correctly. Support team from the other app knows that it can be compatible but Bundle Bear support is unwilling to listen and we were pushed away and told to just delete the other app. They also refused to talk with the other app's support team through phone/video as they only will communicate through email. Will be deleting this app very soon which is a shame because we've used this for years as well.

We've investigated the issue at your store thoroughly, with both admin store access and our tech team reviewing it twice.
Had a solution existed to integrate the two applications for your store, we would have been pleased to resolve the issue.
As explained in our email, the Shopify checkout process currently prevents our discount from being applied to products that are also modified by your other app.
This conflict is blocking the Bundle Bear discount from loading correctly during checkout.
However, if you remove the 'dual' checkout button, the Bundle Bear discount will function seamlessly.

I use the app mainly to offer buy x discounts (buy 10 and get 10%)and it works very well! The support is very responsive and solves any inconvenience fast.

Worst customer service I've ever seen from an app with such a high rating. Itai from customer service reads your messages and ignores you when they are clearly online.
Be aware: everything was working fine for a few months until the discount stopped working on its own. We didn't change anything or even install new apps. I contacted support to fix it and got no help. It's been over a week without a solution or even a reply. They change settings on the app without telling or consulting with you, despite being told not to do so.
The app is well established (possibility to match with the design of your website) and the support is insane ! I can only recommande it if you want to sell volume with discount. Easy to install too. thank you guys (Jonathan)!
We have been charged just for installation twice and we install the app right away but it was not mentioned anywhere that we will be charge on installation only.
request you to refund the same on prioirty as we do not find any point of support for this app.
Shopify is also not responding on these charges.

This app has potential, but it uses its own propriety technology vs. integrating with the Theme. We encountered enormous difficulty trying to get it to work, having nuanced conflicts other installed apps and never finding a good solution. The support team spent time trying to sort it out, so providing 2 stars here exclusively for their persistence. But we needed to use another bundle app that works more fluidly with the theme out of the box.
Good app. Good support team to solve the issue.
