had a couple queries about the app as i was a new user of the service, the customer support is incredible, had a developer on my site working on it with me and showing me screenshots of what they are doing so I would know how to work on it myself.

Hi there,
we appreciate your feedback.

#1 Layout issues are caused by theme CSS conflicts which may distort the layout. Our tech team will be happy to help you solve any CSS related issues.

#2 As per loading times, the app total weight is less than 100kb which takes a fraction of a second to load.
But - the app is only loaded after the entire site is loaded.
It works this way because we are codeless.
We do not inject any code to your theme files to avoid leaving dead code in case you uninstall.
We rather stay risk free and avoid leaving messy themes behind.

#3 Inside the app's dashboard you'll find the following:

- Add to carts per offer
- Sales per offer
- Revenue per offer

If you mean pixel tracking, Shopify handles all tracking events besides the button click (which is an ATC event). If you want to track click events, please head over to the "advanced" tab, and fill in the pixel IDs you want to use inside the pixel section. We support Facebook / Google / TikTok / Pinterest and Snapchat.

This app is perfect. It's customer support is perfect. They fix the problems so quickly. They are very friendly. And smart hahah. I can only recommend this one. Get it before they start upping the price hehe

they charged me for nothing. they are scammers i want my money back. i didn’t wanted to subscribe to monthly payments. and they did it by themselves.

I'm so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our app. We take customer feedback very seriously, and we're committed to providing the best possible experience for our users.

I want to assure you that we don't charge merchants without their explicit approval. When you installed the app, you were prompted by Shopify to approve the subscription plan. We as app developers don't have access to your credit card. Moreover, our app doesn't offer a free plan at all.

I understand that you're frustrated, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. I would like to offer you a refund since you haven't gained value from the app.

To process your refund, please contact our customer support team at support@conversionbear.com . They will be happy to help you get your refund processed as quickly as possible.
