Not a Bundle Bear enjoyer.
The price is completly off for some reason when the bundle offer shows on the page. I can accept that this is my fault because of my lack of understanding the code and where to put the bundle div and using a custom theme. Thats not optimal, but it's fine, I solved that by just not showing the price.
What I don't like is that you can't choose to just use shopify discounts. I don't see the point of having to generate a code that could provide problems and stop working like people have mentioned here. The discount didn't work with my free shipping discount wich bothers me alot.
Also not having the bundle active in your theme still doesn't remove their shitty discount code solution.
But to be fair if you don't need a free shipping discount and are not bothered by the discount solution or actully like it, the bundles looks great and i defenitely think they could improve your sales. Unfortunately I never got that far.
Actully you can remove the shitty discount and just use shopifys. So maybe I am a Bundle Bear enjoyer afterall.
very good. just would like them to have a tiny bit more customization such as being able to fully edit the text and put the actual discount in description, say your product is already on sale 50% off, for the first volume discount you could put "you save 60%" when you have the actual discount as 10% considering its already 50% off.
Then this part is a little extra but for $25 a month it would be nice. Just being able to have more customization such as a rounded box instead of just the box on the discounts and stuff that would be able to match more themes.
Last thing is you are only able to have 1 offer per page which is annoying since i would like to have a product bundle as well as a discount.
If all of these features were added it would easily be a 5 star app and worth the plan.

There customer service is slow. They also have soldiers that are part of the Israeli war. If you support this company, your hard earned dollars are funding oppression, apartide and genocide.
I don't support them. There design team is away for a month because they've been called in to fight the war.
Disgusting that they would even tell a customer that.
I DONT SUPPORT GENOCIDE, AND I WILL NOT PUT MY MONEY IN THERE COMPANY.
Very easy to set-up, fully translatable to non-english languages, attractive look and feel. Support easily available.

The app is not robust. The reason 1) the app does not replace the previously stock bundles that I had on my website. Tech support stated they are unable to do this.
2) The app does not allow me to add multiple different offers on the product page for example offer a) buy x get y free offer b) buy a + b get c % off again tech support said they were unable to do this.
