Beyond impressed! I was having a hard time figuring out the system and Harold went above and beyond to help me through this. Support this USA based business. Their customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced and I am grateful for their expertise. Now that my info is all on board the program is very easy to use and makes running my e-commerce store that much easier.

This app suits our needs perfectly and is so user-friendly. I was looking for an app to replace Connected Inventory for our shop. Besides the syncing inventory functionality, we were specifically looking for an app that would not allow bundles to sell when components of the bundle were sold out. Also, I wanted an app where I could duplicate and modify bundles, so that I didn't have to create them from scratch each time to account for bundle variants. This app does both things so well, and keeps the inventory clean. Also, I messed up part of the setup and Harold was very helpful. He is communicative, prompt and polite.

Support for this app is amazing. Very fast and helpful responses from Harold so that we could get the set up done quickly and properly!

The support is fast and they understand our needs and they arrange the synchronization of bundles across our two stores. User interface is easy to use. Bundles can be created quickly. Bundle details like cost, compare price and others are calculated automatically. Behavior of the app can be customized with option in the app. We are very happy with the app and support.

We sell a lot of "kit packages" and inventory management has always been an absolute headache. We've been waiting for an app like this for years, using several e-commerce platforms to handle multiple SKUs packaged together... it has never been successful until now. I downloaded every app in the app store looking for one that would autofulfill bundles for me, split into line items, and not double shipping weights, while calculating inventory accurately and let me tell you - THIS IS THE ONLY ONE. IT'S THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKS. Harold, the developer, is a godsend. I sent him and email about the feature I would like to see, he coded it and had it up in the app in 3 days with personalized communication the whole time. If you have any questions, he is so helpful, and if there's a feature you don't see in the very simple interface, like the line items splitting in orders, he will just add it for you. You just need to accept some access permissions and send him an email. THANK YOU HAROLD. 100% hands down recommend.
