I can't say enough about the customer service! I asked a question in chat at some odd hour of the night, and within just an hour or two, not only did they respond, but they had actually changed a function that didn't quite work the way I needed.

The App is simple, just to let your customer select a date and time. But it's able to customise many parts such as design, language, blackout day, cut-off time, lead time...etc. And customer support is quite helpful, they always fix the request promptly for us. Highly recommend!

It took me a long time to settle on a date-picker app for my store, and I am very pleased with Buunto's app so far. I have tested out a couple of other apps, and I like this one because of it's simplicity, ease of use, and their helpful customer service. I had a question and support got back to me the same day. They were very friendly and helped me with my problem. The biggest seller for me was that Buunto gives you the tools to add the date selection to your new order emails and customer notifications. It can be so frustrating searching for how to include those details without much coding experience. I also love that the date is tagged in the order's section of Shopify so it's clear what orders are coming up. They really seem to understand what businesses and customers need out of a calendar app. This app delivers and is much more affordable than some of the other options.

I use this app to help my customers indicate delivery preferences for perishable deliveries, and it's really easy to setup & helps reduce a lot of back & forth with the customers. The service team is also very responsive & proactive. Definitely recommend

I'm disappointed to say that this didn't work. Looks nice, but broke the url connection to my checkout. I reached out to Buunto twice asking for help and NO ONE even responded to me. I deleted and am going to work with a company that will actually help their customers.

Hi,

I'm very sorry you had this experience with us. We recently discovered that we are having troubles with our support system and that replies are sometimes going to our customer's spam folder. We're actively working with our support system provider to fix this issue.

However, we did reply to your support requests. We sent 3 messages in total (you might want to check your spam folder) and made an access request to your store that you approved. We had a close look at the issue you reported and realised it was an incompatibility with the theme you were using though we were unable to fix it at the time.

I hope you understand that this was accidental, we're always trying to help our customers as best as we can. Again, we're very sorry this happened.
