We are super excited to join Amazon Buy with Prime to offer our customers a fast, reliable and payment system to purchase our jewelry. Buy with Prime was the right answer. The app was very simple to install and setup. Thank you Amazon!

Did the beta bwp which worked well. They're having me transition over which has been a bit of a hassle and isn't showing up on my site yet. Giving it a day.

Fantastic app and support from the Buy with Prime team. Excited to have this up and running on our site, I think it's a great value prop for customers with the guaranteed shipping times. Excited to see them add new features as time goes on!

The Buy with Prime Shopify app is very easy to use. Simple 3 step connection and the support is always there to help you if there are any issues at all. If you already have buy with prime set up using the website, just go ahead and create a new business profile in step 2 and that should work. The order sync, returns and mapping of products are all very straight forward.

We have been very happy with Buy With Prime and the Shopify app. Being able to use our FBA inventory and provide customers with free expedited shipping has been great for our shoppers. We look forward to offering more Buy With Prime skus. 5 stars!

Nicely built. Very easy to integrate In less that 30 min its live and working.
Settings and all easy to do and easy to understand. Enabling products to offer prime pretty easy and also has CSV option for bulk update which is great.
Check out is happening on Shopify so it will track conversions with the marketing channels/Google analytics we are using which is a good thing.

Very easy to set it up! Highly recommend it to anyone who is running an Amazon FBA business and has a Shopify store that gets some orders. Easy and seamless integration. Order processing has gotten so much easier now!

All you need to do is connect your Buy with Prime with Seller Central and your Shopify store, match the SKUs from Shopify to Seller Central and you're good to go! Love it!

Implementation was not difficult, and if it increases conversions then I am all for it. There are 2 main issues that I see right now: First, I wish there was better cart functionality so that our customers could purchase multiple products at the same time (even if it was limited to FBA items only). Unless I am missing something, I don't think that this is possible? Second, I wish that Buy with Prime was compatible with Zipify OCU. I feel like we are missing out on potential revenue there for all Buy with Prime orders, so the increase in conversion rates would have to be enough to counteract any loss from the lack of OCU revenue. Other than these two things though, the app is much better than the manual widget implementation.

I installed and setup this new BWP app. It now works, but it was not easy to get it working.

The issues I had were because I already had the non-app version of BWP installed manually on my site. They do have a help page for folks migrating from the manual installation to this app. But that page is missing information. It ends up that if you are migrating, you need to create a brand new BWP account at the beginning steps. You cannot use the same BWP account you have set up (and linked) for your manual installation. When you first install the Shopify BWP app, when it asks for your BWP business account, make sure to choose to create a new account. Once I did that, I was finally able to get through all of the steps and it’s now working on my site.

Hopefully, Amazon will update the migration help page to include this info. BTW, if you are like me and use your existing BWP account initially, the symptom is that you will get stuck with errors at step 2 and be unable to link your account. Everything will look fine and working on your BWP account page, but you won’t get past that linking step 2. I had to uninstall the app and figure out how to force it to go through from the beginning at step 1 once I reinstalled it.

Other than the installation issues, the app is OK, not great.
One big thing I assumed the app would do was match my website’s SKUs with my Amazon product SKUs to connect the products and let me offer BWP. However, the app does NOT do that automatically. Instead, you get a list of all of your Shopify products and you need to search for your SKU manually, then manually enter the matching Amazon AKU into a field, submit that, wait for it to match, and then you can enable BWP for that product. Needless to say, this would be terrible if you had a lot of products! They do have a csv import option, but you’d still need to add the matching Amazon SKU for each product.

Amazon - if you are reading these reviews - please add an automatic matching based on SKUs. If our SKUs are matching between Amazon and Shopify, there is no reason the software can’t find them and do a match vs. us doing each manually.

Other than that, the BWP button showed up fine on my website (my theme is Unsen). I’ve tested it out and it appears to work.
