The app takes over the shipping profiles of ALL products, not just those synced to Amazon. We've lost a ton of shipping revenue from users selecting "Amazon Prime" free shipping, when that's not an option. Deleting the shipping profiles doesn't work, as they get reinserted within a day or two.
Overall it mostly works, but you have to monitor it constantly because it breaks a lot.
Edit: has really taken a nosedive lately. Hopefully they'll fix the recurring critical issues.
Support has been responsive, but there is a lot broken with inventory showing the wrong numbers, or showing out of stock when really there is stock. It fails to fulfill orders when that happens.
We've been using this for a few months while we switched 3PL providers- customers love the fast shipping and since we already have inventory in Amazon its a no-brainer. We just added buy with prime and found our conversion rates improved due to the simplicity and speed that customers receive the orders. We are are not going back! Its important to note you don't pay amazon any fees other than fulfillment so it's actually cheaper than our regular 3PL for faster service.
