I was excited about this app as it promised to simplify my fulfilment process. I’ve used MCF before and expected this to remove the need for manually entering customer details. Instead, orders are sent to Amazon but remain stuck in “processing” and never get fulfilled, an issue others have also raised. Seller Support has been extremely poor — a 45-minute investigation resulted in generic responses and no resolution.

There should not be any need to input customer details manually; relevant customer details are automatically funneled from Shopify order management.
Our team looked into the order placed from your store on Feb 4 and found that it was cancelled manully via your Amazon account on Fe 6 before it could be shipped and delivered. We have also initiated an investigation into the support case to understand why it took so long and did not resolve your issue - we are committed to improve and make sure this experience does not occur again for any merchant.

I was really excited to use the MCF Fast Badge for my Shopify store, but at first it wouldn’t appear on my live product page—even though it showed correctly in preview. I tried everything: matching SKUs, checking inventory, adjusting permissions, reinstalling, and even having Shopify reindex the page. Nothing worked initially.
However, Amazon has since fixed the issue, and the Fast Badge now displays perfectly on my site. Support was responsive throughout the process, and I appreciate that the team followed through and resolved it.
The feature works exactly as promised and is a great addition for improving conversions. Very happy it’s functioning properly now. Highly recommend!

As with any Amazon's product, the support is awful. Currently the app is sending fulfillment requests to Amazon, but MCF does not accept requests, nor does it provide any notification updates or support options. Amazon seller central support asks for Amazon MCF order number to proceed, which I don't have because the requests are not being received by Amazon.
