MCF / Buy with Prime has saved my life as a business owner who is too busy to pack orders for my website. The product catalog syncs seamlessly. Amazon BWP is injecting a 'Amazon prime free shipping' line into my checkout, even though I have BWP turned off entirely. I have reached out to support twice, and I'm brushed off. Customers are able to checkout for free when they should be charged $7 for shipping, and I'm left covering this shipping cost.
the help was great, however it was frustrating because i could no upload screen shots - but i was able to get done what i had set out to accomplish. Dimple and Daniel were wonderful but i lost the chat with Daniel and could not get back in
