I've tried a few affiliate marketing platforms and this one is by far the best! It's super easy to use & customize for my program's needs. I signed up for the Discovery Service and the customer service I have received has been amazing! The team at Buzzbassador has done an amazing job hand selecting affiliate recommendations and helping me triple the size of the affiliate program in just 3 months!

My affiliates have also been loving how easy it is to sign up and track their performance! I got a lot of feedback that the previous platform I was on was confusing - but everyone seems to be loving the new platform!

10 out of 10. We love Buzzbassador. The app has made working with our influencers so easy! We are now exploring ways to offer this program to our every day customers. Highly recommend the Buzzbassador platform for anyone looking for a seamless way to leverage influencers or to incentivize customers to post more User Generated Content.

Being a CPG company with limited tech knowledge, it's extremely valuable to have an actual human being help us onboard and give us amazing customer service at the same time. Shelby really gave us the white glove treatment during this process and she was very easy to reach when we needed further assistance. I'm excited about the additional integrations they're working on in the pipeline so that we're able to bring in other affiliates across other programs.

This is the best Ambassador App that I have ever encountered. AND talk about customer service - OUTSTANDING. I am fairly new in the e-commerce business but with right customer service and easy and friendly application, smooth process!

So far so good. I really love the customer support that I've received with Buzzbassador. They have been awesome and looking forward to growing my Ambassador Program with them.

We pride ourselves on offering great support, as many of our other reviews have noted, but we realize that we missed the mark with response times in some of our recent communications with you. We have made improvements to our customer support hours on our end since this feedback, as well as adjusted our pricing structure to ensure all customers have equal access to email and chat support.
