I deleted this app but still go out my money. How can i stop this pay out? They steal my money every months!!!

We're really sorry for confusing you, but as I see you've uninstalled the app already, any app that using Shopify payments (incl. BuzzSubs of course) technically can't charge you after being removed from your Shopify store.
As I see latest charge related to our app was done on Sep 24. What could confuse you is that you see that charges in your ongoing Shopify invoice. That happens because Shopify adds app charges to your general invoice from Shopify, so once app charges you, that amount is added to your Shopify invoice, and actually charged once per month with Shopify invoice itself. You can get more details here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps.
Once again, we've double checked and right now the app is removed from your store and your subscription is now cancelled, so you won't be charged anymore (i.e. no new charges will be added to your invoices).
We truly apologize for the confusion with billing cycles, but we were never trying to steal your money, and even more - we technically can't charge you after the app uninstallation.

Not even worth 1 star. Let me explain why it is not worth even 1 star. To be fair with the developer. I will start with positive thing first.
pro
1. it interacts with visitors and get their emails. And that was my only subject to install this app. I have tested with this app and other apps. and it seems it works a bit better than other apps.
2. unlike other apps, visitors who interact whit this app tend to make purchase a bit high rate. (based on coupon code, created only for this app usage. )
Now here is the main reason why this app is not worth even 1 star
1. recently I have discovered that my front page url has been altered. In the session page, three were 2 different store front urls. One is of course my store url but the other one is not. I don't have any sub domain or anything so I didn't understand why I have 2 different urls on my store front page.
Therefore, I spoke with Shopify support team and they found out that this app injected code into my store page and altered the url. The altered url that appears to Chinese domain, (naoxiangxiong.cn) which I never heard of so and there is no search result in google or bing so I clicked on it.
for few times, it directs me to my store front page but other times it goes other store pages.
This is totally unacceptable.
2. Once I discovered this, I checked google analytics and other tools that I use to find out if there is any weird traffic comes to my store.
Unsurprisingly, there was junk bot traffic came in to my store and all of them visited wait for it !! naioxiangxiong.cn !!

I'm the lead developer of BuzzSubs. The issue you are talking about has nothing to do with our app. For some reason naoxiangxiong.cn is redirecting to your domain. This is not our domain and we have no way of adding It to your store or redirecting It.
What you should do, Is block this domain through your google console manager or reach out to the domain owners and ask not to redirect to your store.
And again, It has nothing to do with our app and we did not add any Chinese domains to your store. Shopify support misled you on this.
Not sure if its free, I have left positive 5 star review but it keep asking me to select plan for $14.99
At first this is app is great. Customization is easy and set up takes no time.
But is has a HUGE flaw, which the dev doesnt care about.
Discount codes are generated when the app is installed and are multiple use. So theres no real way of controlling one user gets 25% and just shares the code.
I contacted the developer early this year and asked for TWO things which were never answered.
#1- There SHOULD be also a customer name on the wheel, because if you only get the customer email and you want to send them and email who to greet them? with their email address?
#2- The discounts, apply to ONLY ONE PRODUCT? or any quantity? Because i want to have a offers lets say 80% off. Does this mean the customer at this time of purchase can buy the whole stock at 80% off?

Not free! Horrible app for false advertising. I emailed customer support and all they said was sorry. At least update your product description.
Good and simple to set up. However, email integration part is not working. Connected with MailChimp and tested countless time with different emails. None of them are being sent to MailChimp. Saw other review saying the same bug. Excellent app but not functioning.
Bad app, gives a 14 days trial and says you can keep it free forever by submitting a positive review but even after submitting it, the 14 days countdown goes down. Their support doesn't answer...
EDIT: support answered but the issue didn't get fixed...
After installing the app and trying to changed some of the settings i was unable to save any changes for example It comes with 100% off option which i would like to disable since i dont want to give a product away and it will not allow me to do so.
its free! that is great, but nothing to do with it if its not collecting the buyers sub mails.
i uninstall it as there is no benefit with this app.
