They really try to explain everything to you during meetings and show you what is possible. The software has huge potential and a lot of possibilities. Understanding and increasing LTV is a very underrated part of building a successful Shopify store.

Normally, you would need to generate, download and analyze several reports and go through a lot of data to get the insights necessary to take effective action.

By the Numbers does all this for you. They organize your data into charts and lists that are specifically designed to help grow your LTV and retention. They also integrate into other tools so you can quickly take action and use they insights to grow your business. Highly Recommend!

We're just getting started with putting "By the Numbers" to use, primarily to gain better insight into our customer LTV and retention figures. Cyrus and Piam offered a fantastic introductory overview session diving into our data specifically and being willing to answer questions which was extremely helpful. Thus far, I like the look of the data, the integrations offered, and the speed of the application.
