Highly recommended. The Loyalty, Segment and Cohort analysis sections are very comprehensive and the reports section has a lot of insights. The team made the enhancements we needed in an incredibly short time and went live. Great customer service.

As a company from 1854, We have a large data base of customers spanning back until when emails were invented. Our oldest customers have been around longer than the living members of staff have. This app has been the perfect, easy to use out of the box data app to help us know. A) Who is worth the most, B) Who is starting to slip C) How often they come back and when we should chase up... among a lot of other factors. The true ROI of AdWords being just another factor this app provides us for a fraction of the price of the other one we used before. Highly recommended and also recommend reaching out to the team who are very helpful. Thanks guys.

This app helps me understand better my store's data. I am able to identify segments of customers, products that I should be promoting and much more. Great support too.

We've recently started using By the Numbers and have been impressed with the ease of integration (no work required), ease of use, video tutorials and with the fast and relevant customer support. The development team listens to feedback and will make changes and enhancements where it makes sense which has been a refreshing surprise. Keep it up guys.

We've just onboarded with By the Numbers and have found the platform really intuitive and easy to use so far. Cyrus and Piam jumped on a call with us and were able to show us how we could best leverage the platform, with specific use cases for our business to get more value.
It's super easy to integrate with other platforms, including Klaviyo, making it a seamless experience to create segments and send out targeted campaigns. We have uncovered some great insights which will help shape our digital strategy moving forward. Thanks guys! :)
