This app helps me understand better my store's data. I am able to identify segments of customers, products that I should be promoting and much more. Great support too.

Normally, you would need to generate, download and analyze several reports and go through a lot of data to get the insights necessary to take effective action.

As a company from 1854, We have a large data base of customers spanning back until when emails were invented. Our oldest customers have been around longer than the living members of staff have. This app has been the perfect, easy to use out of the box data app to help us know. A) Who is worth the most, B) Who is starting to slip C) How often they come back and when we should chase up... among a lot of other factors. The true ROI of AdWords being just another factor this app provides us for a fraction of the price of the other one we used before. Great tool that gives you so much more data that Shopify's reporting platform does not provide you with.

We've recently started using By the Numbers and have been impressed with the ease of integration (no work required), ease of use, video tutorials and with the fast and relevant customer support. The development team listens to feedback and will make changes and enhancements where it makes sense which has been a refreshing surprise. Keep it up guys.
