I'm so impressed with the functionality of BYOB. It does exactly what I need it to do and fits in seamlessly with the look and feel of our store. Highly recommended.
Exactly what I needed to add the bundling option to my shop.
After my old bundle builder stopped working as well as it used to I was back on the App market. I needed a bundle builder that allowed discounts... these are very hard to find! The set up for this is SO EASY. Benny was on hand for my questions and we are going to work together to get the builder working the best for my website. Great app.

Horrible you guys dont have a easy way to cancel your subscription and your customer service is horrendous.

To clarify, our team works from Monday to Friday at a completely different timezone from the US. When you reached out, it was the weekend for us here so you were met with some automated replies.
To cancel your subscription, all you need to do is uninstall the app from your Shopify store via Shopify > Settings > Apps and Sales Channels > BYOB.
We appreciate your feedback and will look into ways to simplify this process in the future. I've also reached out via email directly in case you'll be needing further assistance.
This app is exactly what we were looking for to allow customers to assemble their own office desk. The helpdesk is very helpful. Really great!
Working primarily with on demand apparel, using screenprint transfers of limited quantities. I wanted to ensure my customers had access to a large range of apparel style and color options. Being unsatisfied with the variant limitations and variant apps, I began looking for another option without sacrificing productivity or customer satisfaction. BYOB has not only allowed me to achieve the most ideal functionality of the goal but any time I have reached out for support, instructions, and advice, they have very quickly replied and offered support beyond expectations.
My customers are happy and so am I! Very well worth it!

After using this app for more than a few months, I have to say that it has increased my AOV by 30%. It needed tinkering in the beginning because of a known issue which occasionally affects conversions but the development team is good at giving tips to alleviate the issue. Completely worth the money and after using it for three months, I am now at the upper limit of how many bundles I can sell before upgrading. It's free until you get 30 bundles a month, after which you must pay 20.00$. Totally worth it! They removed the free subscription so since my business is a fair bit seasonal it wasn't worth it. Also, the bug that prevents the bundle from being loaded promptly in cart has made me lose a lot of sales. Developer says it's a limitation from Shopify's platform so it cannot be fixed. Ok, well, if it can't be fixed I'm not going to wait around and hope it ever does. I substituted this app with Shopify's free automatic discounts and it is perfect.

Since Shopify is loading something at the back, we can't speed up the process. If we greatly increase the waiting time, the customers are going to leave and the conversion rate is dropped too.
We'll try to slightly increase the waiting time and keep notice of any possible remedy. By the way, I've also replied to your questions in the emails. Not sure if you check them yet.
I am sorry to see you have a lowered conversion rate. As a Shopify Partner, we are trying hard to improve the ecosystem and most importantly help the merchants to succeed. However, we cannot fix some platform issues occasionally.

Great and easy app to integrate onto my site! I had a little hiccup with my variants showing on the bundle page, so I reached out to support. Keep in mind, I'm only paying for the lowest tier $20/mo. Their support is based in Hong Kong (GMT+8), whereas I'm based in the US (GMT-7). They got back to me in less than 24 and resolved it within that time frame. Thank you so much for a great app and customer service!

Before I used another bundle builder app, I could not use the promo code. BYOB solves my problem now on bundle offers; my customers can use their promo code. I had some difficulty setting up the bundle builder, but Benny helped me solve my problem. Thanks a lot, Benny, for your help.
This app has made the bundling process much easier. It allows me to see the individual products that customers choose, rather than just the bundle, on the packing slip. Very helpful for filling orders and managing inventory!

An amazing app to help build bundles quickly and easily for your shop. It has allowed me to increase the amount of inventory flowing out of my store and helps my customers save!
This app is easy to use for any online store no matter big sizes or smaller sizes. We had some questions but Benny sorted them for us immediately. He always replied to us very quickly and even offered us customized service. A big thump up to Benny and his team. Highly recommended.

After trying multiple bundle apps, BYOB was the only app we found to give us the ability to offer choices on coffee bundles we wanted to offer that works alongside of our subscription app without technical difficulties. Also, Benny helped us with a minor adjustment to the app so visitors could see the running total of all bundle items they chose. Great customer service!
