Byte: Product Recommender Quiz

I've never experienced such exceptional support from any other app or plugin customer service. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. From start to finish, they've guided me to achieve exactly what I envisioned. I can't recommend them highly enough. Keep up the excellent work! 100% recommended.

This is a very good app for producing surveys, albeit lacking in some basic areas and with a few frustrations.

The way in which the surveys are presented on page, and the options you have for them, is good. However, when trying to move the order of questions (drag and drops) it is very tempermental and you usually have to try 8-10 times before a question will move to the place you want it to.

Also, when you design a survey and test it - the results count towards the Analytics and you can't clear them out prior to launching the survey - that is rather annoying.

The app has a huge amount of potential and displays well on both desktop and mobile devices.

It would be good to have a few additional question features, such as a slider.

The "Content" design tool for pages that don't have questions on them is basic and the layout and formatting of text takes a lot of getting used to, but there is no doubt the developers have come up with a very useful tool that could become a big hit on Shopify with a few tweaks.

I am so pleased with the app and the people working at Byte. They gave me excellent service and helped set up the quiz seamlessly. The app has so many features, and works well for my brand.
