I have been using Calcuates several months now. I am really happy with the app. It works well and support is superb. Pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend this.

We were using a similar app, but were unhappy with the support they provided, so removed it and defaulted to Shopify's shipping. However, our model is fairly complex with discounts according to weight and price and we had feedback that customers were experiencing very slow checkouts. Which we assume is why we had a steep increase in abandoned carts. Since we've had Calcurates installed we've had zero abandoned carts. From testing I can see the speed is excellent.

On top of this the support has been second to none. Calcurates were extraordinarily responsive and helpful (and patient!).

A very handy app, helped me configure many rates and set everything up according to my shipping requirements. Some of the features are a bit complicated though. I would also like to thank a quick and thorough customer support. I will keep an eye out for your updates.

It’s a whole new level of flexibility for delivery on checkout for me. Calcurates allows me to set estimated delivery dates, something my customers have been wanting for a long time. There are more useful features such as volumetric weight and duties & taxes for international shipping, that I am planning to learn more about and start using. It’s a very promising app

I have only recently used this app, but I can already say that it is exactly what I was looking for.
It allows me to set up multi-vendor shipping, so I can save a lot on shipping costs. I also noticed that there are features like dimension-based rates and delivery zone flexibility.

Replaced another very well known app to calculate shipping rates and qualify addresses for residential/ commercial in Shopify store. Calcurates app had simpler to modify programming and cheaper monthly rates. Highly recommend their offer to setup initial rates with their professional support. Would not have been able to do it on my own. As it was their program did not support Shopify's meta fields to get proper rates especially on products with variants. Our store was essentially down for a day, but Calcurates worked hard on their end with their programmers to fix their program. Their support cared about us and was responsive considering the deadline. I wish the problem would not have happened, but they worked hard to correct it and now everything works great.
