We are an online supplement company that started in the 1980's as a mail order catalog business. We still have many customers who prefer to call in their orders and this App helps us service those professionally without the exorbitant expense of a call center. Great communication after the sale too.

10 Stars well deserve in my humble opinion. My phone number went down because my bank flagged the purchase from twilio. Altho this had nothing to do with the (Call Center-Voice,SMS,Callbot IVR,SMS Chatbot App). When I called them for help, they immediately "literally" picked up the phone and guided me through the process of how to get my app back on track. I'm totally new to the Shopify store and have dealt with about six other apps that I've integrated to my website but no other has the customer service that (Call Center-Voice,SMS,Callbot IVR,SMS Chatbot) App does.
