That one thing, no merchant wants is to irritate their customers just because some product options/variants are sold out but still visible on product pages by default. And the customer gets to know if the variant is sold out or not only after they click on the product variant they would like to purchase. Frustrating, right? Great addition to our online store, making things cleaner and easier to navigate for consumers.
Fairly straightforward to set-up, and Raj was very quick and helpful for the minor hiccup we encountered.
Love this app. We have some variation combos that simply do not exist, but some that do, which makes it tricky to list due to the limited number of variations on Shopify. But this app and Raj from support was able to make them disappear on our listing pages completely. We also recently changed themes to Broadcast and the changes still worked. Great and necessary app for us to provide a better buying experience for our customers.
