Easily hide/disable sold-out or unavailable or any other variants with Camouflage.
That one thing, no merchant wants is to irritate their customers just because some product options/variants are sold out but still visible on product pages by default. And the customer gets to know if the variant is sold out or not only after they click on the product variant they would like to purchase. Frustrating, right? Love this app. We have some variation combos that simply do not exist, but some that do, which makes it tricky to list due to the limited number of variations on Shopify. But this app and Raj from support was able to make them disappear on our listing pages completely. We also recently changed themes to Broadcast and the changes still worked. Great and necessary app for us to provide a better buying experience for our customers.
Great addition to our online store, making things cleaner and easier to navigate for consumers.
Fairly straightforward to set-up, and Raj was very quick and helpful for the minor hiccup we encountered.
This is the perfect solution for any store selling internationally that doesn't have every variant available in every country.
Before installing this app we had a ton of customer support issues when a customer would order a variant not available in their country. We'd followup to suggest they choose a different color, wait for shipping from the US or something else.
I love that I'm able to do this on a per country basis rather than setting up individual markets.
The customer support while setting this up was extremely responsive.
I don't think I've ever written an app review before, but Raj and team went above and beyond, so I felt it was well worth a review.
Tried a few apps, there aren't many that hide variants - and even fewer that could hide based on location. We tried another well-known one, which took my website load time to 37seconds, total disaster. Camouflage app, somehow, without altering any code in our shopify - ACTUALLY WORKS and hides the variants required as per our custom brief exactly. All it took was a conversation for 15 minutes with their live chat team and it was done immediately. Super responsive. One of the best apps we have ever installed.
