This app is exactly what our store was looking for to reduce the amount of time spent responding to emails about cancelling or changing an order, and give our customers a simple option to cancel an order within a certain time limit after being placed. The initial setup was a breeze, and Axel was extremely helpful (and quick!) with answering questions we had prior to installation, and customization after installing. There was a slight glitch with the order cancellation link not showing up on our customer account page, but that was because of our theme, not the app itself, and Axel had it fixed within minutes of emailing him about it. 100% perfect!

Since installing Yagi Order Cancellable, I no longer have to worry about not receiving a customer's email to cancel too late because the order has been fulfilled. The customer can cancel an order on his/her own before the order is fulfilled. The app takes care of cancelling an order, initiating a refund and notifying me of the cancellation. It is great help for me.

The instructions are crystal clear and it's easy to manage. Axel provides outstanding customer support and is very responsive. Axel truly knows so much about Shopify checkout and is very willing to help.

I have used this app for a few years and it is perfect. I did try a few similar cancel apps, but they didnt have the features, and we buggy. This one is flawless and just works. The only thing better than the app is the support from Axel, always really helpful and goes above and beyond to help. if you want the flexibility for customers to manage and cancel their own orders without contacting you, this app is the best in the app store. 5 Stars.

I was able to use the automatic installation to set this up. I had set it up only on the customer account page and not on the order confirmation page intentionally but did not test it. Once a customer complained that the cancel button wasn't working, I got in touch with Alex, the developer of the app and he modified the code to handle the cancellation on the customer account page itself, which was my main requirement. Kudos to him for promptly responding and handling my query.

Really a must-have app for such a cool feature, I had an issue with my customers trying to edit or cancel their order. But they never had the option, the instructions were so easy that I did not need the help of any support. Thanks so much Axel for creating this wonderful app. 5 Stars to you.

This is the app that I've been looking for. Easy to use and integrate into my store. I also like that I can modify my cancellation policy by time and by clicking this on or off. Highly recommend to make sure your customers are following your policy and it's clear to them that they have 24 hours, for example, to cancel before the item is shipped.

This is an excellent order cancel/edit/reorder app. Had some trouble installing due to leftover code from a prior app. But Axel weeded out the old code and helped me on a Sunday to get everything set up. Thanks for the great support and for a very useful app. The cancel/edit/reorder is a feature that has high value for a successful store. Highly recommended!
