The app works great to allow customers to cancel or edit their orders independently and has many settings available to fine-tune when that's allowed. The developer is quick to respond and very helpful.

Quick and easy to install and customize. And it works exactly as advertised! I sent along some questions and a basic feature request on a Friday afternoon and the feature was built and questions were answered before I got in on Monday. Highly recommend the app and the team behind it.

Finished my trial, and I already got huge use from the app. Works as intended, has a lot of settings you can customize, and is essential for anyone looking to allow customers easy cancellations, and fast ways to edit their order without exchanging a bunch of support emails to do it.

I was able to use the automatic installation to set this up. I had set it up only on the customer account page and not on the order confirmation page intentionally but did not test it. Once a customer complained that the cancel button wasn't working, I got in touch with Alex, the developer of the app and he modified the code to handle the cancellation on the customer account page itself, which was my main requirement. Kudos to him for promptly responding and handling my query.
