This app is exactly what our store was looking for to reduce the amount of time spent responding to emails about cancelling or changing an order, and give our customers a simple option to cancel an order within a certain time limit after being placed. The initial setup was a breeze, and Axel was extremely helpful (and quick!) with answering questions we had prior to installation, and customization after installing. There was a slight glitch with the order cancellation link not showing up on our customer account page, but that was because of our theme, not the app itself, and Axel had it fixed within minutes of emailing him about it. 100% perfect!

This is the best App for order cancellation! I think everyone will be struggling with cut-off for cancellation and refund the payment when we allow customer to cancel order on their end.
