app doesnt work and I was charged for the app... and the customer support is non existent. They do not respond and i've messaged them 3 times in a matter of 2 weeks.

Does not work. Constantly crashes. Contacted customer service and they did not respond. Perhaps it doesn't work with paid themes as I see someone else had the same problem.

I am very happy with this app and the quick response I received from the support team, thenak you Anna and Bella. Thank you. :-) On the flip side, customers don't read information provided to them. I've had many pre-orders with dates to order by, information on when I will order the products, and the statement "will ship when available". Customers still email wanting to know why 2 weeks have gone by and they have not received their purchase.
