[Update: The team got back to us shortly after we posted our review, to make sure what makes us leave and see if they can help. This deserves one more star (3 to 4). Good work guys.] The app works well, and it's probably the best integrated pop-up upsell we've tried so far. However, aside from the aesthetics, our upsell doesn't convert any more with this app than it did with the previous (free) app. We would stay with this app if the price was more acceptable. So far, this app has cost us more than the money it brings in. We would really like to see a smaller plan for smaller stores, or even better, "FREE until our upsells cover the cost of the app each month" so that you only pay when it makes you money. Unfortunately, we're going to stop using it and go back to our old free app, which isn't as pretty, but converts just as well.
Great app, everything you can use it for it does it great but sadly what you can do with this app is limited.
this app is easy and simple to use and I give it 5 stars for being easy to use
and I give it a 5 stars for the popup design, its modern and simple.
options though are very limited, you can't set a quantity amount for the upsell popup to show, the popup can only be used to upsell specifically one item at a time, not a total purchase amount or quantity of products.
features I'd love to see on this app:
feature example: one item $30 in cart you add a $70 product and get a popup for totaling $100.
feature example: buy 2 of the same/different products get the 3rd-free, free shipping, and free-gift popup.
I enjoyed using this app, it was simple to use, but sadly doesn't have what I am looking for, if you don't need any of the features I talked about then this app will work great for you.

I really like this app! It is very simple to understand and setup unlike some of their competitors. Customer service is also top notch. We had trouble with another app interfering and they have been more than helpful in getting my problems resolved. The presentation is just what I wanted. Treat yourself and give it a try.
So far, so good! I had an issue with load-time based on the code placement on my page. I reached out to support chat and within about 30 minutes, they had the code fixed and the app was loading perfectly. Nice!!

Crashed our themes. Tried contacting them and no reply. So, no support received for us. We looked at Bold instead.
The developer then attempted to bribe us to change the review to 5*. As that didn't work he sent a fraudulent letter impersonating a solicitor, threatening us with legal action.
