We have been using Candy Rack for about 8 months now and it has been really great. At first, I was a little hesitant because the price seemed kind of high, but it more than pays for itself every month. We have a lot of products and accessories. The accessories don't move as fast as our main products and Candy Rack helps us increase the overall order value as well as moving some of the slower moving accessories. I have only reached out to their customer service once, but it was a great experience. Santiago got right back to me and was thorough and quick to respond. He even went above and beyond and recommend some changes, which he did on his own. That was fantastic. Overall, I could not be happier.

Very reliable upsell software and elite customer support. I had an issue with the way discounts were being calculated ($ only -- and wanted %), and Emmanuel not only solved my issue right away, he instantly added a feature with a dropdown to select $ or % to display. Incredible support and the app has been reliable for years.

Upselling is a big part of an online business, and Candy Rack has shown to be a good tool for doing that. I would really like to make note of the customer service. We have used the app for a while now, and customer service has always provided a solution for anything asked. Even with what may seem like pesky questions they fully explained and resolved any issue we may have had... quickly and happily. If you are looking for an upsell app definitely give this one a go.

Tom was very helpful and responsive when I had some issues running the app with other apps installed. He solved those issues I had within a few minutes! Now the app is fully compatible with my other apps on my website. Wonderful app and service. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with Candy Rack! Its smart automated feature accounts for thousands of dollars in additional revenue each month just by turning it on. I would give their support 10 stars if Shopify allows. Candy Rack's support is truly excellent. Lucia went above and beyond to offer her expertise on upselling strategies, tweak the look of the upsell pop-up for us and iron out some other issues for us.

I almost never write reviews but I had to for this app. I use both Candy Rack and Candy Cart upsell apps by Digismoothie and it has been the best decision I've made for my store. I've tried so many upsell apps and none compare to this one, the simplicity and usability of it makes it applicable to virtually all stores. Just try the app and watch your average order value increase overnight, a must have app! Incredible support team to top it off.

Just loaded ap and so far very easy to install. I am excited to see what happens with my new upsells.
