Candy Rack | Checkout Upsell

This app does exactly what we wanted. It allows a little offer after a product is added to cart, which has allowed us to get a little bump on AOV, it's also been useful for post purchase upsell, although we're still figuring out the best offers for our customers. Customer support are awesome and Lucia was MEGA helpful and you can tell they really want us to succeed as a business.

Amazing helpdesk. Contacted them yeserday around 5pm and after some detailed testing from their side it was clear there were some adjustments needed. Within the next hours i got contacted by another helpdesk worker with the message that the issue was completely fixed. He also send me some videos for me to see.

I have tested a lot of upsell apps and this one is simply working the best, so i am happy i can continue using it on my webshop.

I must admit there was a few bumps to make it perfect for our theme, but exceptional customerservice made it a fantastic experience overall! Easy to use when you get the picture and it works so good! :)
