The app didn't quite do what we wanted, but their support person Alex customised it for us within less than an hour, allowing us to continue with the trial and get it working exactly the way we needed. I have never had support service like it, they are astoundingly good at what they do.

Die App macht genau das was sie soll. Sie funktioniert problemlos, ist einfach zu bedienen und ist nicht vollgepackt mit Funktionen die man nicht benötigt. Der Support antwortet sehr schnell, ist freundlich, kompetent und sehr hilfsbereit.

The reason Shopify charged you for using Candy Rack was that the app was uninstalled from your store only after the 14-day free trial had ended. But no worries, our support team is always happy to help with refund requests :)

This app is great! Really increased my add on sales because it is so easy for my customers to add additional items in their cart. Recently re-designed my website and the program was no longer compatible with the new theme. Their support team went above and beyond to fix the issue for me all within 24 hours of initial contact. Very happy with the service!

We are absolutely LOVING this app. We've had it installed for 2 weeks and have gotten over $2500 in upsells. AMAZING customer service, and super intuitive to use. The only thing it needs is more comprehensive analytics, but I have been assured by customer support that they are working on that. Definitely worth every penny!
