Really good app but most of all amazing support, these guys followed me up for a billing issue i was having with shopify and they really helped. They also set up the app for me and make it look like it was make for my store not just a generic pop up

Best customer service we've ever experienced in Shopify apps! We are new to Candy Rack and the setup was smooth but we needed some assistance and Lucia was fantastic. This is a model app for implementation, ease of use and customer support.

I'm using this as an UPSELL / Bundle app and by FAR the BEST, EASIEST bundle app on the market. I know there are many others that offer tons of modification but this triggers at the cart button with a beautiful pop that looks amazing on desktop and Mobile. The customer service was responsive and even helped me on creating some new trigger options to even create a better experience for customers and keep us protected as a store. LOVE IT!!

Best App for Upsells.

After testing every upsell app out there, I can say this one is the best. I have been blown away by their support too! Lucia was so quick and helpful in getting me set up and making my pop-up look elegant and customized. Would absolutely recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

Best upsell app ever! It generated additional sales for me on the very first day! After testing a few applications of this type - I definitely recommend it.

However, the customer service deserves the highest praise - the application did not work with my store (3rd party buy box), but I got quick help and everything works fine. In addition, the authors helped me match the appearance of the pop-up window to the look of my store, so everything looks natively built-in.

P.S. If the author of the app is reading this - Tom from customer service deserves a raise! :)

The app works really well for increasing cart size. It is really easy to set up and the support team customized it to our theme right away!

I would give their support 10 stars if Shopify allows. Candy Rack's support is truly excellent. Lucia went above and beyond to offer her expertise on upselling strategies, tweak the look of the upsell pop-up for us and iron out some other issues for us.

I just especially like they integrate with the Shopify product recommendation. Good app! will recommend to everyone
