Canteen ‑ Deposits and Fees

The app works in 90% on the cases but then when you report a bug, there is no answer. We have been waiting for 20 days to get an issue fixed but there is no response from their side.

Very slow response times, never fixed our problems with Shopify POS, app is very inconsistent, the deposit and fee rules only work correctly 75% of the time. When they don't, our customers get charged the incorrect amount, causing problems with customers trusting us. We tried for a couple of months to get it to work properly, and it still doesn't.

This app doesn't work. Sometimes it charges the core charge and sometimes it doesn't. Support has been poor and non responsive. They said they would look into it right away but then I never heard back from them, all the while I keep getting orders with no core charge added. Time to look for a different app that will do what this one is supposed to do

The app does what you expect in terms of deposit. The support is world class. No matter if day, night or weekend, you get a real human being to help and even dive into your code.

We had a problem with the chat feature to reach out for help, ok, you should use email to get in touch with them. But when Jordan from Sasquatch Studio contacted us, he helped us not only set up the app. He found another app conflicting with the canteen app and helped us fix all the issues. The app works perfectly even in the cart drawer which other similar apps don't. The app has no delay in applying the deposit, works with ReCharge (not known as an easy to work with app) and Jordan even pushed me in the right direction to make the app only work in Germany with its "special" deposit rules. From 1 star (because the intercom didn't work) to 5 stars for the great support. Thank You

We use the app to charge deposit fees on bottles. It works great. The support team is quick to answer and helped with any questions that we had. Thanks a lot :-)

Great customer service. Had an issue with my previous cheaper app constantly refreshing the cart and interrupting my customers when customizing options. And sometimes it wouldn't even work or display. But this app was clean, optimized, and runs great. No more weird refreshes. And it never misses adding the fee at checkout.

Application does not work as attended, regarding the theme I installed. It has some flaws, which makes it harder to install.

Positive side is, the customer service is great! Swift responses and immediately solved the issue.

If they could fix the issues of the application, it would be 5 stars for me.
