This App killed my conversion rate from 2.7% to 0.7% I don't know what happened but I uninstalled it after 1 day - please refund

Didn't integrate with my store. Reached out to customer service but they kept me going in circles telling me to enable it. I did enable it and it wasn't showing up, app said it wasn't compatible with my store, and they kept telling me it was fixed when it wasn't. This shouldn't be so difficult.

Didn't work with my store. Customer support was a waste of time. Now my refund request is being "reviewed"
Google is flagging API calls made by this app as malicious. They killed all of our google ads after installing this app. Support did not respond.

misleading. not enough information to clearly indicate whats being offered. you should clearly indicate on your site that you dont provide insurance coverage when customers on shopify store put in a claim. that you just provide the app service and that the store with your app service is responsible for fulfilling their clients insurance claims. with that said, u guys have really good customer service. but your insurance offer is misleading and it lacks information to clearly inform the both the store owners and the store's cleints. for that reason, its not something id be part of.
