Captain Shipping Protection

This app is great for adding shipping insurance to orders. Our only issue is that the insurance shows up as a listing. It shows in review request emails and some customers leave product reviews under the shipping insurance listing. Other than that it's been great!

Definitely a good app to have to increase AOV. 24/7 customer support is a big W as well.

Only downside is you can only have the Insured Shipping on the cart page. You need to have a Shopify Plus plan to be able to add it to the checkout page - meaning many customers will not see it as they go straight to checkout.

Just started the app but the support is a W for being available 24/7 - i mean the app will pay for itself!

So far, easy set up. Although I would like to be able to edit "Refund Policy" as we don't offer a refund. After free trial will know more if we want to keep.
